Executive producer and client team leader for BASF Global annual employee conference.
Each experience included multiple customer and campus events, speaker sessions, audience-stage “real-time” interactive Q&A iPod interaction, unique content/film, and on-stage talent. Ribbon cutting ceremony, Family Day and press conference in new global HQ in NJ. Oversight of contract negotiations, client and agency relationship management, and all event production.

Hand-picked executive touring team - Front of House: Producers, technical directors, lighting designers, audio and video technicians, show caller and lighting vendor (PRG).
Repurposed shipping crates used as display walls throughout entire footprint, keeping in theme with BASF’s sustainable initiative. Chairs, sofas and BASF branded tables were constructed of cardboard products. All chair and sofa pillow cushions were made from post-consumer recycled paper products and inflated with air.
